Happy days are coming. Happy days are coming. After being on shift. Waking up at ungodly 4am / finishing work at 12am, they have finally announced that non AM Div staff need not report for LAGs duty anymore. Yet i have spent at least $120 on cab fares, have a Thai lady begging me to allow her to bring her restricted item on board and have an African man on the way to Dubai throw his bottle of hair lotion at my feet.

10 days down..

10 days have passed in the month of May. In this 10 days, I have attended my company D&D which was ok ok. Never win anything. Bleargh. Had my study leave which was juggled between studying and helping Zumsteg finish his work for assessment. Sat for my exams.. which I declared myself done for the paper in 2 hrs and 15 mins. Aiyooohh.. Applied for a deferment for one term in my studies.. Slept over in LaSalle then going for my 6am shift the next day. Stood and walked around repeating myself for 9 hours and having only a 15min break in between. Spent $31.50 for a one way trip to the airport and I foresee another 10 more trips of that coming my way.

Everyone else is having a burden slowly lifted off their shoulders whilst i feel like mine is here to stay. For the time being at least.

I'm trying to keep myself smiling but I seem to be always doing the opposite.
