Filled with Dread

Sad? Can't be bothered? Angry?

Nah. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be feeling now but it seems it's none of the above. I'm actually feeling more sad that I have finished reading Deathly Hallows. The thing that had kept my mind off those petty little things through the weekend.

Priorities change. Situation changes. People's need changes too.

I no longer see myself willing to bend over backwards for such things.

I think my mind is quite made up. Quite set on what I want to do.

As much as I was angry before I have never felt this way. Dread. You guys know the meaning of that word? At the moment I do. I dread seeing the faces of some people now. People whom I thought I respect? Is that the word. I dunno anymore.

What's Going On Here?

Come up to me and tell me personally. Many a times I put myself forward and no one said anything. And many a times I'm casted aside cos I'm not good enough. Once or twice, yeah i can see why. 3 or 4 times, it gets me sad. After that? It gets me mad. Not cause I'm not in. That I can handle. You tell me no. You say I'm not good. I'll say ok. I'll just get back and start again. But you keep saying I'm no good and yet you don't want to tell me personally? At least I still got the courage to put myself on the chopping board day in day out. Still got the courage to present myself to you. But have you come to me and say Aien, you're not in. NO. News always gets to me in the weirdest ways. And this time round is no different.

Last 3 Weeks at a Glance

Attended a bowling comp.

Azlin's Engagement.

Celebrated his 1st birthday.

And with the girly girls at Timbre.

Anyway, I'm not sure if I should say anything now. Afraid I might jinx it. But people have been saying it's more or less confirmed and I am slowly organising my stuff neatly. Rearranging them and putting them into boxes. It's kinda scary but exciting too. Well tomorrow is our staff meeting so hopefully it all comes out in the open and everything is officialised. Crossing my fingers now....

Planning to head down to Wheelock today and collect my poor unrepairable iBook and maybe look around for a replacement? MacBook 13-inch in black? Yes? No?

The weekend flew by quite fast. With my grams sleeping over, late nights were kept to a minimum and yet I must say I quite enjoyed being home to have my full night worth of sleep. Aside from minor glitches that is.

11 more months and I would have fully paid off my mum's cpf. Sweetness.
Paid off all bills for this month with spares.. Nice..

If anything was supposed to have spoilt my weekend, these 2 was more than enough to make up for it.

2 weeks I waited. Called them and they said they emailed me. I said no I didn't receive. They told over the phone... I need to replace the logic board.. Which would cost me.. Hear this...

I have been reading HP backwards. Heh. Ok ok.. So not actually word by word.. But more of book by book.

It helps to understand the movie better. I'll be reading one scene then I'll go... "Oh now I understand..."

Just shows how slow I am.

Was going through predictions on Book 7 and there were reports that someone actually scanned the last page of the book and put it up online or something. Most fans thought it was just a normal fake spoiler but Scholastic kinda sued the poster for that. So obviously there's some truth to that. Hahaha.. And thousands of fans are in uproar now cos the ending have been spoilt for them... (Well for those who have seen the spoiler anyways). As i said again.. I'm slow. So obviously I didn't even know there was one...

2 more days and we'll know... Bad luck for me. Ordered my book late so I'll prob only get it on the 26th..

For now.. I should start on GOF then. Just finished my OOTP yesterday...
