Come What "May"??

Let all this be over soon. Let July come early so I can take my 2 weeks leave and fly off. I've finally handed in my GP and assignments. Now is his turn to dash for that last stretch and then I'll be having my presentation for my GP this Sat.. My last stretch will only end in May after my final exam for this adv dip. It's been crazy for both of us. Very crazy. 

Work is also piling up with events coming up in May and June. Everything is bound to have a curveball. No straight route. Sigh.. 

Amidst all this, I managed to squeeze in 2 good reads. Finally read the Kite Runner. And if you think that book is good, then better start on A Thousand Splendid Suns. Khaled Hosseini is just amazing. Truly. 

K lah. I need to get a move on with my presentation slides. I'll try to dust off the cobwebs again soon..

Yikes.. A month since my last post.. Busy like kerrazzyy.. What has happened since then.. Let's see..

Had a bbq and chilled with my faves...

My little imp no 1 celebrated her birthday...

Went to a friend's wedding at Lagun Sari..

Visited some friends in KL..

Another wedding at Serangoon and Simei..

And all that amidst my kerrazzy work and me rushing to get my assignments and GP done.. So I'll try to update again next month ok.. Heh.

1. A dinner date while watching Fools Gold in GV Gold Class.
2. Being served a birthday brownie which comes along with a personal card and
3. Topped off with an Oakley Grapevine served to you on a cool shiny red dessert bowl.

Just One of Those Super Loooong Day v.2

The past few months have been whizzing by. Work has been terribly hectic. Been super busy since I have been transferred to my Div HQ in T2. There's always something to rush for everyday. Been going home past my knock off time this past few weeks. I'm feeling lethargic all the time and I wish I could have a super looong holiday. I don't care if that holiday is in Singapore. I just need it to be a looong one..

With the passing of my grams last year. The birth of a new cousin. The advancement of my relationship with him. Things just keep on coming. Class starts next week. One last module for my adv dip. My graduation project. His assessment in April. My exams in May. Where are we to squeeze in time for a getaway? I'm not even sure if I'm up for it to continue with my bike prac but they've been pushing me not to just quit when I'm already at prac 5.

Anyway we're waiting for the ballot results which will come in April. Dunno why but I can't help feeling excited. I guess it's just one major thing to happen when you decide to buy a house with someone. We're really hoping to get it. Cos it' a great location and it's sweet of him to rationale that we should find somewhere easy for me to get to work. We're just keeping our fingers crossed and hoping for some good luck.

Turning 26 in 2 weeks. That feel kinda weird cos the last time when I really took notice of my age was back when I'm 19. 26... Sheesh.. That means my batch of TPiranhas are all 27 and 28 and Nina!!! Hahaha.. She's 29!!! Goodness.. It's been almost 10 years that i've known them.  God I miss playing with them during those times. No politics. Even if there was, I guess I was just oblivious to it. Things can never be the same I guess.

Hahaha.. One of my random post and it turned out longer than usual..
